the staff were helpful. the location is superb with easy access to shops and restaurants. my room on the fifth floor had french windows that opened onto a balcony, it was efficient and stylish. there was a fabulous outdoor market on sundays, this offered provisions i stored in the room's refrigerator.

the room lacked sufficient outlets. i located only one functioning outlet, it made charging devices inconvenient.

moldy bathroomdismissive attitude

i wasn't so thrilled with the bathroom situation. Mold covered the walls, and the staff seemed aware of this issue, which i found really upsetting. they did move me to another room the next day, but the initial experience was still unpleasant. the damage was done after spending a night in a room with visible mold.

The safe provided minimal security, it was not bolted down. Anyone could easily carry it away despite it being locked. This is a significant oversight. the key card system is outdated. Guests must leave their key cards at the reception desk. This practice reduces security as it prevents tracing who accessed the room last.

The staff was very helpful. The hotel is within walking distance of major attractions. I walked to Notre Dame and the Louvre. It took me about 15 minutes to get to those locations.

The bedroom was a bit small and the bathroom sliding door wasn't great! I was not expecting such a small area.

The location is ideal! it's close to the bastille metro, made getting around so easy! plus, i discovered a park right across the street. It was perfect for a morning stroll! i also appreciated the homemade pastry at breakfast, such a good touch.

The room, while clean, had a socket only on one side of the bed. It was inconvenient.
